Account and enrollment details (name, email, country), payment information processed by our payment providers (we do not store full card numbers), and usage data such as pages viewed and progress through courses.
How we use it
To deliver your program, issue and verify your credential, provide support, process payments, comply with law, and — only where permitted — send you relevant updates you can opt out of at any time.
Legal bases (GDPR)
We process data to perform our contract with you, to meet legal obligations, and on the basis of legitimate interests or your consent, depending on the activity.
Your rights
You may request access, correction, deletion, portability, or restriction of your data, and you may object to or withdraw consent for marketing. EU/UK and California (CCPA/CPRA) residents have additional rights, including the right to opt out of any "sale" or "sharing" of personal information.
How to exercise your rights
Email support@therapist.university with your request. We verify identity and respond within the period required by law. You will not be discriminated against for exercising your rights.
