Who we are
Therapist University ("we", "us") is a US-based distance-learning institution located at 66 W Flagler St, 9th Floor, Miami, FL 33130. By using this site or enrolling in a program, you agree to these terms.
What we provide
We offer online professional-formation programs in psychoanalysis that lead to a completion-based certificate, an entry in our professional register, and a practitioner ID. We are not an accredited university, do not award academic degrees or transfer credit, and do not issue government licenses.
Enrollment & access
On enrollment you receive access to the program materials for the stated access period. Materials are for your personal, non-transferable use. You may not redistribute, resell, or publish our content.
Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the site, misrepresent your credential, or use our materials to harm others. We may suspend access for breach of these terms.
Certification & register
Certificates and register entries are issued on genuine completion. We may correct, suspend, or revoke a credential obtained through fraud, breach, or a refunded purchase (see the Refund Policy).
No professional or medical advice
Our content is educational. It is not therapy, medical advice, or a substitute for any license your jurisdiction requires. You are responsible for practicing within the law where you operate.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability arising from the programs or site is limited to the amount you paid us. We make no guarantees of income, employment, or specific outcomes.
