Our guarantee
We want you confident in your enrollment. You may request a refund within 30 days of purchase if the program has not met your expectations, subject to the conditions below.
Digital content & EU/UK withdrawal
Programs are digital content delivered immediately. EU/UK consumers have a 14-day right of withdrawal; by enrolling and starting the program you may be asked to consent to immediate access and acknowledge that this can end the statutory withdrawal right once delivery has begun. Your 30-day guarantee above still applies where offered.
Effect on certificate, register & badge
If a purchase is refunded, any certificate, professional register entry, and practitioner ID issued for that purchase are revoked, and the credential will no longer verify. You may not represent a refunded credential as valid.
How to request a refund
Email support@therapist.university from your account address with your order details. Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method within the timeframe set by your provider.
Exclusions
Refunds may be declined for fraud, abuse (for example, downloading the full materials then requesting a refund), or where prohibited by a separate promotional term you accepted at checkout, which we will always disclose up front.
